Hi, this is Ms. Erceg and I wanted to say I made an "oops" with spelling today. The rule is long o sound and the /oo/ sound For example, a long o word is stole. An /oo/ word is clue, like in oops, it makes the /oo/ sound. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me. Thanks!
In social studies today we completed a study guide. Tomorrow we will take the assessment. In guided reading today, we got to choose what to do from the Daily 5 choices. We also talked about some more test taking strategies to get ready for ITBS. In science, we looked at some more objects under the microscope.
Homework
Math=no homework in either classes, however 6th grade students need to bring in supplies
Spelling=pg. 44
Reading=bookmark due Friday
